What do I need to get started?

A Stripe account, your coaching contract, your logo, and a booking link. We'll send a secure onboarding form that walks you through each item. Your credentials are stored securely and used only to run your automation. You can revoke access or cancel anytime.

Do I need a GoHighLevel account?

Tier 1: No. Tier 2: We set one up for you as part of your setup — it's included.

How long does setup take?

Most setups are live within 3–5 business days of receiving your onboarding info.

What payment processors do you support?

Stripe is standard and required for all plans. Square and other processors are available as custom integrations — contact us before purchasing.

What if I need changes after setup?

Minor tweaks (contract copy, pricing updates) are included for 30 days. Larger changes are quoted separately.

Is there a contract?

Yes — a simple service agreement is sent during onboarding. Setup fees are non-refundable once work begins.

What if something breaks?

We monitor and maintain the automation. If something on our end breaks, we fix it. If a third-party tool changes, we'll address it promptly.
